The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor to join their recently established Cambridge Office.

You will be responsible for building or developing your own portfolio in the region, adopting the firm's ethos and working alongside the Partners to build the brand further ensuring future success of the team.

Therefore, you must be client facing, business development focused and entrepreneurial to increase their Commercial Property offering throughout the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region.

The Commercial Property offering is currently thriving in other regions, and they have a strong foothold in the Cambridgeshire. Although this opportunity will be based around your specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Commercial Property including: Sales and purchases of commercial premises, Commercial leases, Landlord and tenant and Development work.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years PQE +
  • (There is no upper PQE limit)
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, and client base -you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
