Job Details
A well established regional law firm with offices across Sussex are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (or FCILEx, Licensed Conveyancer) to join them in Worthing, West Sussex.
Joining an established busy property department, your role will be to handle all aspects of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will be taking over an existing caseload from a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor, therefore, you must be able to hit the ground running.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) with at least 4 years PQE in a similar role. You must have a strong billing track record and will ideally have contacts in the local West Sussex area to generate work from. Whilst secretarial support is provided, there is also the opportunity to bring your own Conveyancing Secretary should you wish.
On offer is a competitive salary up to c£60,000 depending on experience.
