JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
PQE: 3+ years of experience
LOCATION: Cardiff/Bristol

THE ROLE:
A well-regarded national practice has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Clinical Negligence specialist to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. On offer is a challenging and rewarding caseload of multitrack work, including matters such as substandard medical treatment and delayed cancer diagnosis. This role will see the successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to court proceedings. This role is available to commence as soon as possible.

THE CANDIDATE:
As a qualified Solicitor or Legal executive, you will have gained a minimum of two years of experience within clinical negligence work and will be confident in running your own caseload of client matters. It is expected that, as a Clinical Negligence expert, you will be fully up to date with civil procedure rules, rules of evidence and funding, and will be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
This firm are seeking a team player with a genuine ‘can do’ attitude and a proven track record of taking initiative in previous roles. Highly organised, and able to build rapport with ease, you will enjoy working within a close-knit team culture. The Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be available to commence work at short notice and will be able to commit to the firm for the next 12months.
