COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR – 5+ PQE – OXFORDSHIRE - £EXCELLENT – FTC 12 MONTHS – JOB REF:3967

An exceptional opportunity has become available for a talented Commercial Litigator to join this thriving practice for a 12 month fixed term contract. Ranked by Chambers and the Legal 500, this busy Commercial Litigation team are seeking an additional senior lawyer within their team due to planned absence. The caseload will be a broad and varied, but is likely to include contractual disputes, professional negligence, partnership disputes and asset recovery. The team are forward thinking, proactive and collaborative, with a solid commitment to delivering excellence for their clients. Your current exposure to commercial litigation will have been at a good quality firm. You may have been involved in commercial and contractual disputes, company disputes and disputes between shareholders and/or disputes in relation to financial services; any of this experience would be of interest. The ideal candidate will have high quality generalist experience, however specific experience of dealing with financial services disputes would be of additional interest. Having gained your experience to date within good quality firms, you will have a sound commercial approach to your work. You will thrive in a role where you are resolving and solving problems and challenges, and working under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Although this firm is based in Oxfordshire, the team are currently working remotely.
