The Role

The company are looking for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their thriving office based in Altrincham.

You will manage a varied client base, including development investors, leaseholders and student & residential landlords.

You will have an interesting and mixed property litigation caseload for both residential, student and development matters, including possession actions, injunctions, rent recovery and disrepair.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join an ever-growing company and take on a new challenge.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE.
• Ability to proactively manage busy caseloads
• Be client-focused with excellent communication skills

Remuneration

• The roles comes with a very competitive salary and is negotiable depending on experience
