The Role

This regional heavyweight are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Colchester office

You will deal with a range of high value and complex matters for an excellent and varied client base, working alongside an experienced Partner. The caseload will depend on your own focus, but you can be expected to work on a range of matters such as;

• Landlord and tenant
• Licenses to assign
• Commercial leases
• Acquisitions and disposals and Development work.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Solicitor with 1 PQE +
• (There is no upper limit in PQE)
• Legal Executives encouraged to apply also!
• Any Agri Property experience is advantageous, but not essential
