This is an opportune time for a skilful legal secretary to join our client’s busy conveyancing department based in Kenilworth. Able to hit the ground running, the successful applicant will provide first class support to the firm’s fee earners specialising in conveyancing.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Use of case management systems
- File management
- Drafting various documents
- Handling correspondence
- Complying with anti-money laundering procedures
- Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions
- General administrative duties
- Legal secretaries with at least one year’s experience
- Technical proficiency in conveyancing is essential
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- IT literate with the ability to operate case management systems
- Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
