An expanding, specialist property law department within an established high street law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a Residential client base with an average value of almost £1m, The firm are well networked with local estate agents and other referral networks, this role will not only fee earn by handling their own caseload of work, it will also actively work towards building your own client relationships and further growing the property business further.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity files from start to finish.
