Are you an experienced and passionate Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) near Liverpool looking to join one of the region’s best developed and best regarded Property departments? 

This is your opportunity to join a well-established and continually growing Property team in Liverpool to deal with high quality Residential Conveyancing transactions. You'll be joining a modern and dynamic Residential Property team, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified Fee Earners, and you'll have full support from legal assistants within the department to ensure that you provide the highest level of service to your clients. 

Your new role will see you manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing/Property transactions, which you'll handle through from instruction through to completion & post completion. Your caseload will be truly varied, including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, shared ownership, right to buy & help to buy, remortgage and transfer of equity.
