You will be exposed to brilliant quality work and will be able to learn from those around you who are experienced and knowledgeable.
Ideally for this role, you will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, between NQ and 5 years PQE, who is keen to pursue a career within a high profile department. The position will see you managing your own caseload of Real Estate files including, landlord and tenant, estate management work and acquisitions and disposals for prominent clients locally and nationally. The clients this team work with come from a range of sectors and includes North West based businesses as well as larger-scale national and international developers and businesses. As you'll be working closely with top lawyers and benefit from comprehensive ongoing training, it's an excellent opportunity to develop your own skillset and climb the ladder within a well-regarded firm.
