This is an opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a well known regional firm to provide leadership and a steady hand to ensure the very busy team are able to meet their targets.

You will have full knowledge of the conveyancing process and be comfortable using case management systems. You will be able to prioritise work and display time management and organisational skills to help the department function.

Word of mouth recommendations are important to the firm as is cementing existing relationships with local estate agents and referrers so it's imperative you can develop excellent client care skills.

The firm are members of the conveyancing quality scheme.

In this role you would be a head of department or the most experienced person within the team.

You would manage/supervise a small team of 2, one assistant and 1 Fee Earner.

Qualifications are not essential but you must have relevant experience.

The role is full time.

Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the Hampshire market.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Hampshire area.
