Ideally you will have upwards of 6 years PQE and have trained and gained experience ideally in a comparable Legal 500 or high street background.

Typically you can expect to advise on privately funded matrimonial matters including divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements, distribution of assets, some privately funded childcare arrangements also.

You will have the ability to run your own caseload without supervision, becoming a "go to" person in the community but also happy to participate in gentle business development and networking.

You will have time management and organisational skills and be an effective and confident communicator.

Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Hampshire area.
