This is an opportune time for a skilful solicitor to join our client’s well-regarded practice located in Waltham Cross. The successful applicant will handle a rewarding caseload of commercial and property litigation matters, whilst playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm. Both full and part-time applications will be considered for this role as well as remote working arrangements.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Dispute resolution
- Partnership, directors and shareholders disputes
- Arbitration proceedings
- Company insolvency
- Debt litigation
- Injunctive remedies
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Boundary disputes
- Adverse possession
- Solicitors with at least two years’ PQE
- Experience in commercial and property litigation is essential
- A strong communicator, able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
- Commercially aware
- Able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
