A highly ranked, established and growing legal firm with a strong presence in the South West of England, are keen to add a Corporate Solicitor to their team either in Bristol or Exeter.

Situated in modern well equipped offices,with accessible public transport links and local parking available, this opportunity would suit a Solicitor from NQ level upwards.

The successful candidate selected for this position of Corporate Solicitor will be working on a number of matters to include including mergers & acquisitions ("M&A"); reorganisations; general corporation tax and capital gains tax advice; advising on property taxes; and employment related securities
