Progressive firm in an idyllic location seeks talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The firm has supportive culture and allows for flexible and remote working, making this an attractive position for lawyers who are seeking to improve their work-life balance.
You will handle a broad range of matters on behalf of commercial clients with a caseload of varied commercial property matters. You will be given the freedom to work autonomously without supervision and over time, you will be given the opportunity to develop your reputation in the local area and develop your own practice. Typical matters will include the sale and acquisition of commercial property and landlord and tenant matters.
You will benefit from secretarial support and a good case management system. The firm has invested in technology to enable for efficient and effective working both in the office and from home.
Additionally, the firm is committed to supporting ongoing expansion through advertising and marketing initiatives.
The salary on offer is negotiable and dependent on experience. Candidates are invited to discuss their requirement upon application. The essential and desirable candidate criteria are outlined below:
Essential
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience handling a commercial property caseload autonomously
Desirable
- Self-starter who is able to operate on their own initiative
- Excellent client facing skills
- Litigation experience
