Real Estate Senior Associate/Partner - London

TSR Legal have recently been instructed by a leading Legal 500 Law Firm with office across the South of England who are seeking to appoint a Real Estate Partner/Senior Solicitor to join their London office due to continuous growth and development across the department and wider firm. The client base includes acting for major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, local authorities, universities and healthcare providers.

This firm offers an excellent working environment and a friendly and approachable culture. In the role you will assist with a range of Real Estate matters, including landlord and tenant, estate management, acquisitions and disposals and some real estate finance. You will also be expected to take a pro-active role in business development (both within the local and national team).

Applications are invited from Real Estate Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualified experience. You will be coming from a strong regional, city or national practice and will have experience that spans the full remit of commercial property matters. Our client is interested to hear from candidates who could potentially bring with them a substantial Commercial Property following from either a regional or city firm.
