The Role

The firm is looking to bring a Banking Solicitor NQ-2 PQE on board to join them at their prestigious office in central London.

The quality of the work this team handles is at the highest level.

The team works with lenders/borrowers on loan facilities for trusts, corporate businesses and individuals. For example, they work with many private banks.

The team also advise on borrowing for investment, business and charitable purposes and provide advice on all aspects of lending, including priority of debts/security.

On top of that, they cover a range of financing areas, including property finance, asset finance, general corporate lending, charity finance, private placements and syndicated lending.

The role requires someone confident in their approach as the work will be high profile and complex.

The ideal candidate will need to be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels, both internally and when client-facing.

The targets are achievable - 1250 hours per year / The salaries are competitive and are negotiable dependent on experience.

The successful applicant should have general banking and property finance experience.
