Residential Conveyancer | Solicitor | Great Newport Firm

My client a well established, relaxed two office firm are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their friendly Property team in Newport. They are a great family feel firm who are looking for someone to be able to hit the ground running.

The successful applicant will be qualified,with at least 1 years relevant experience. Experience of handling a caseload involving freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions and variations, new builds, shared ownership and remortgages is required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 years’ experience as a residential conveyancer / Solicitor / Legal Executive
• Experienced in managing a sales and purchase caseload
• Experience of using case management systems
• Good communicator, written and orally
