The Role:

The Team is ranked in the top tier of Legal 500 and is one of the leading commercial property teams in the Thames Valley.

The team has a diverse national and international client base across multiple industries including media, technology, retail, leisure and healthcare. They offer a full range of property services including development, planning, disposals and acquisitions and landlord and tenant.

Your core focus in this role will be on acquisitions and disposals, leasing and portfolio management. Therefore, you'll have strong drafting and negotiating skills to utilise as well as a willingness to represent the firm amongst the local business community to bring in new business.

You'll be working in a team of 10+ including partners who are well known industry leaders. They continue to champion local talent but also like to bring in individuals from elsewhere in the country and internationally as this only strengthens the team's capabilities within the commercial property space.

Requirements:

· You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor 1-4 years PQE
· You will have experience with high level matters

• ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Highly motivated and eager to progress
