I am working with an exciting legal firm in North Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a full time Legal Adviser to join their Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to develop their career in a growing firm with long term opportunities for progression
If successful, you will handle a varied conveyancing caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters from instruction to completion. In addition to this, you will be expected to provide their clients with quality, tailored and support advice to assist with their specific requirements.
There is some flexibility with the level here so we would be keen to hear from Solicitors/Legal Advisers from 1 years up to a more senior level.
As part of the Residential Property team you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high-quality matters relating to property transactions and landlord & tenant matters as well as other related work.
The role has real progression prospects and you will be joining a supportive firm with a fantastic breadth of work and the autonomy to grow and develop the offering in the area.
