Job Details
This role is a highly unusual one, and one that is potentially very interesting to a fairly junior lawyer wanting to make a mark in the world of claimant personal injury.
As well as employers liability, RTA, product liability, and occupational health, a great deal of the caseload will consist of cases brought by prisoners against the prison service.
The successful candidate will be able to handle a caseload with minimum supervision and have the confidence to talk to all kinds of clients.
