This firm have behaved brilliantly during covid, looking after their people whether that be by keeping in frequent contact with those who are home working or the few that were on furlough, they have paid bonuses, run promotions etc. Those that are there have been supported throughout and felt well informed from the outset, whether that be by those who are their line managers or those at the very top of the business. The business itself ha thrived and are just about to post their most successful year yet, quite a feat on the back of the pandemic but indicative of how well the firm is run and how well they have managed everything during the pandemic.
This really is an exciting stage in the growth of the firm and is a fantastic opportunity to either kick start your career within an international law firm, or take your career to the next level. This practice is fully supporting a blend of home and office working going forward and as a consequence if you live further afield but could consider the commute for a couple of days a week don't discount this opportunity.
