They are offering an ambitious NQ Solicitor, or Junior Solicitor the opportunity to develop their career within a supportive, nationally recognised and rapidly expanding Top 200 UK firm.

The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an Agricultural Solicitor to join their very well-established Cambridge Office.

The team is thriving so you will be responsible for assisting the lead Partners, developing into a position where you will be managing your own varied caseload.

Over time, you will be responsible for building and developing your own portfolio, adopting the firm's entrepreneurial ethos and working alongside others to develop the team further, ensuring future success.

You will join the firms Property and Agricultural department, who are ranked in the Legal 500 for their work. The caseload will include a mix of Agricultural and general Commercial Property matters. This will include:

• Purchase and sales of Commercial Property
• Rural and agricultural land
• Planning and developments.

Due to the Agricultural nature, the successful individual will work with various other departments such as the Private Client and Residential Property teams also.

This position is open to NQ Solicitors with a seat in Commercial Property, or a more experienced Solicitor looking for a more specialist role with Agricultural clients. Whilst experience with Rural clients I beneficial, it is not essential for this role.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with NQ - 2 PQE
• Seat or experience in Commercial Property
• Ideally Rural/ Agri experience
