This is a stand-out opportunity for a Senior Employment Associate to join this highly regarded, Top 20 firm, based in Leeds City Centre.
The team handles a broad range of contentious & non-contentious work on behalf of employers. You will deal with a wide range of different industry sectors, as well as a wide range of company sizes, this variety will make for an interesting and diverse caseload.
You will handle a varied caseload of High Court Litigation, restrictive covenant disputes, Breach of Contract, and discrimination. On the non-contentious side, the work you undertake will include large scale redundancies, TUPE, employment contracts, and advising on Employment Law changes. You will benefit from a steady stream of work, most of which is referred from the firm's busy Corporate department.
As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and oversee the junior lawyers and help them grow and progress. Despite their size, the firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an individual with ideas and personality who can play a pivotal role in the department's growth and direction.

- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least five years' experience within Employment Law (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)

- Be a keen business developer and have the ability to generate new business whilst nurturing and building existing client relationships
