The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Conveyancing specialist in their thriving firm in Leeds.

The firm handles all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including but not limited to, sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. You can expect to receive strong administrative support, with state of the art technology, and your own assistant, taking away monotonous administrative duties and freeing up time to focus on providing high-quality client service.

Requirements

  • You will be a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with at least two years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
  • You will have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Strong relationship building skills with both clients and colleagues
  • Able to undertake marketing and business development to contribute to profitability
  • Enjoy working in a challenging, fast pace environment
