Job Details

Are you looking for an opportunity at an innovative, market-leading law firm with a strong presence and high quality, intricate work? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a law firm renowned for their innovative, cutting edge approach to technology which has set them apart from the competition. This forward-thinking attitude has seen them receive numerous industry and employer awards, in addition to being highly ranked across a broad range of practise areas in the Legal 500.

The Firm:

You will join a forward thinking and innovative law firm that is continually evolving and growing. The firm has a strong focus on developed and emerging markets and boasts an impressive track record in many sectors, including transport, energy, and insurance.

The firm has a uniquely innovative and forward-thinking approach. This has streamlined processes and ensures that their lawyers perform at the highest level. This has had a positive impact on client service, which has resulted in consistent revenue growth year on year.

Another key area of investment for the firm has been in its people. They are well-known throughout the industry to empower, nurture, and develop legal talent, which is demonstrated by the increasing number of home-grown Partners.

This firm offers a whole of benefits to springboard your career, a multi-jurisdictional client base, interesting first class work, and an accessible network of specialist, renowned lawyers. Despite their size, they retain a regional approach, giving them a local feel and an advantage over their competitors.

The Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join a Legal 500 Real Estate team, housing internationally recognised Partners and Associates in Leeds.

The team handles a broad spectrum of transactional Real Estate matters, including acquisitions & disposals, development, investment, and asset management. Their client base is equally varied and includes international landowners, property development companies, investors, and international insurance companies. The variety of deals makes for a diverse and stimulating caseload.

On a strategic level, you will work closely with the other Partners across the Real Estate department, and across the firm. The firm has genuinely exciting plans to grow its presence further, and the Real Estate department will play a vital role in this expansion due to its significant size and profitability. The Real Estate department is also one of the firm's most profitable departments.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a crucial member of the firm, offering a highly lucrative remuneration package, including a market-leading bonus on your billings, your team's billings, and a percentage on any work that you refer to other departments.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Partner with a minimum of 10 years' experience
  • Ideally, you will be coming from an international law firm and will have a thorough understanding of the needs of a global client base
  • You will have established a reputation within the Real Estate sphere and will have your own network of contacts
  • A strong billing track record
  • Able to motivate and lead a team

This is a rare opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join one of the UK's leading law firms as they continue to expand and remain at the forefront of the constantly changing legal landscape.
