Corporate/Commercial Lawyer

LAW Absolute are currently recruiting for a Corporate/Commercial lawyer to join a luxury hospitality company on a 4 or 5 day a week basis.

Candidates will be responsible for:

• Managing projects
• Setting up/closing legal entities via mergers
• General corpoate work
• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

This project is focused on the US market and the ideal candidate will be either US qualified or have strong experience dealing with US matters.

This role is fully remote and candidates must be available on short notice/immediately available. This project is anticipated to last for around 3 months but it may be extended post this date.
