The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Commercial Lawyer its respected Commercial team.

You will join a high performing Commercial team as they continue to attract exciting, high-profile work. The team undertakes a broad range of matters, including agency agreements, technology transfers, distribution agreements, supply contracts, outsourcing agreements, and franchising.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Solicitor with around 3 years PQE (this is a guide, and applications are welcomed from individuals who fall either below or above this)

• You will be commercially minded and have a flair for business development
