Property Paralegal

Locum Property Paralegal – East London – Full Time – On going contract – Remote Working (office presence if desired) – £25 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority in East London, currently going through a pivotal time of deveopent and growth, who are recruiting for a Locum Property Paralegal to join their department.

This is a full-time assignment, and will be offered for an on going contract, with the initial period 3 months and then extended every 3 months thereafter and will be worked on a fully remote basis for the foreseeable future.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Properyt Paralegal to become part of a proactive Local Authority.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within Local Government but this is not essential.

It is essential however that the successful candidate has specifically handled:

• Residential acquisitions

• Commercial leases and licences and experience drafting and negotiating of the same

 

The successful applicant will have a hard working manner and enthusiastic attitude, as well as excellent technical skills.

An hourly rate of up to £25 per hour Umbrella is offered for this position, dependent upon experience.
