You will be given a large amount of responsibility, working closely with heavy hitting Partners in the team. You will be a key part in the firm's growth, direction, and put your stamp on an already very well respected, heavy hitting law firm, with one of the best Corporate teams in the area.

The Role
Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate 4-8 years PQE to join their flourishing Corporate department in the City of London.

The Corporate Commercial team are nationally recognised and deal with a range of work including; M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Incorporation & Share Structuring, Commercial Contracts and Corporate Finance.

You will work closely alongside the Partners in the team, helping to drive the department forwards. The firm have recently hired a number of heavy hitting Partners across various departments.
Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Senior Associate 4-8 years PQE
• You will take over an existing caseload
• You will have a high level of interpersonal communication skills
