Private Client/Estates Paralegal/Legal Executive Job - Home Based/Remote/Bristol
Our client are looking for a Private Client/Estate planning paralegal's/legal executives to join their well-established department. Our client offers a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your hours to suit your personal circumstances. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. (Their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.)
Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for writing wills and managing incoming cases. You'll communicate with clients over the phone, progressing each case through to completion, and support other colleagues within the team. Duties will include:
* document and write wills, making sure all documentation is legally accurate and professionally written
* liaise with clients and associated professionals throughout each case
* manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a case
* accurately maintain client records and correspondence on our systems, making sure that all compliance and regulatory standards are met
This role would suit someone with a solid background in wills drafting and estate planning; you might be an experienced paralegal, with a strong background in a private client/estate planning environment, or studying for your CILEx qualifications. You will have the ability to build rapport with your clients, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience of working with lasting power of attorney cases would be good, as would a proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlines in a busy environment.You should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with great team-working skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of colleagues.
