This is a rare opportunity for a talented Commercial (Technology) Solicitor to join our client’s Lexcel accredited firm in Norwich area. The successful applicant will handle a rewarding caseload of commercial matters, advising clients in such areas as cleantech, life sciences and digital technology sectors.

- Intellectual property matters
- General commercial matters
- Advising on software and other information technology issues
- Drafting agreements
- Negotiating contract terms and commercial matters
- Business development
- Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in commercial and technology matters
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- IT proficient
- Has a flair for marketing and business development
