NQ Regulatory Solicitor

Our client is a tier-1 full-service Leeds-based commercial law firm which is highly-regarded in the North. Their Regulatory group act for clients across the whole range of regulatory matters, covering a variety of sectors, including finance, manufacturing, food standards and environmental standards.

The team acts for clients being investigated and/ or prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive, FCA, SFO, HMRC, the Environment Agency and other regulatory enforcement bodies for breaches of health and safety, product safety, food safety and other related legislation.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an ambitious junior Regulatory Solicitor (NQ-2PQE) to join their team in Leeds. You will ideally have trained at a top tier regional or national firm, with a strong understanding and experience of Consumer Credit legislation and enforcement - experience of Consumer Credit matters is essential to any application.
