Experienced Childcare Lawyer sought for a leading practice in Bedfordshire on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a driven Childcare Lawyer to join our client’s bespoke firm in Shefford. The successful candidate will manage a complex caseload of childcare matters, whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism.
To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period. Responsibilities
- Undertaking own advocacy
- Care orders
- Representing parents in care proceedings
- Interim orders
- Non-accidental injuries
- Children Act proceedings
- Emergency protection orders
- Special guardianship orders
- Dealing with vulnerable clients
- Solicitors, barristers and legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
- Experience in childcare matters with strong advocacy skills is essential
- Accredited Member of the Law Society Children’s Panel or able to work towards membership
- Ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Excellent communication and client care skills
