Professional Indemnity Solicitor

This reputed and forward thinking insurance firm is looking for you! 
 
The firm has established relationships with insurers across the UK and internationally and is seeking an additional solicitor or legal executive to join its reputed professional indemnity team in Taunton. 
 
This is a defendant professional indemnity role, and as such you will act for insurers, defending claims against professionals with a particular focus on the construction industry. You will advise on claims against building contractors, solicitors, architects and quantity surveyors. 
 
Your caseload will often be high value and complicated. You will have the support of an established team of experienced solicitors and partners, who will guide and mentor you with further training throughout your career.
 
To apply for this role you should have at least 1 year professional indemnity experience from another reputed law firm. Relevant construction experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. 
  
Qualified solicitors or legal executives with wider litigation experience to include professional indemnity should apply.

A fantastic salary is on offer (disclosed on application) with parking, healthcare and pension. 
 
This firm can offer a mix of both office and agile working from home (approx 2 days/week). There may also be the option to work from the Bristol office from time to time, but Taunton will be your office base.
