NQ EL/PL Solicitor

A top 50 Law firm in central Liverpool has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong EL/PL Solicitor to work within one of the best defendant EL/PL departments on Merseyside! As a whole, this is a team of experts in defending EL/PL claims on behalf of their national client base, and they have a fantastic reputation across the North West for their excellent client care and high success rate. 

You'll be joining a leading national firm that is recognised by the Legal 100, dealing with work of the highest quality. You'll be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of NQ-2 years pqe) boasting a strong background in handling litigated EL/PL matters from instruction through to completion. The team deals predominantly with cases on behalf of NHSR and NHS trust clients. Experience gained during your training contract and prior paralegal experience to this will be advantageous if you are an NQ-1 year PQE Solicitor, and you are also encouraged to apply if you come from a claimant background but have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Defendant EL/PL litigation.
