The Role

Senior Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate to join the Tier 1 team in Bournemouth

With 4+ years of successful fee-earning within Property Litigation, you will join a team that leads the market in Bournemouth, lead by an influential and well-regarded Partner.

In a team of 10 lawyers, you'll work collaboratively on contentious property matters that arise from the Retail, Hospitality, Education, Energy, Construction and Housing Development sectors, to name a few.

Providing a results driven service in commercial disputes, obtaining arrears, boundaries disputes, dilapidations and all other applicable areas, you will develop resolution strategies and manage all stages of litigation, be it in defending or issuing a claim.

Owing to the broad range of clients and the level at which the team operate, you will continue building your legal understanding in a manner that facilitates continues progression, something the firm will immediately encourage and provide a structured pathway to achieve.
