Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for an exciting new challenge?
My client, a well-established Legal 500 law firm are currently recruiting for a Residential Paralegal to join their offices in Northamptonshire.
The Role:
As the successful Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Conveyancing files under supervision, assist a team leader on other files where needed and help in building and maintaining client relationships.
The caseload may include files such as:
* Sale
* Purchase
* Leasehold
* Re-mortgage
* Transfer of Equity
* New Build
Property searches, mortgage offers, and post completion matters will also be a part of the job role.
Requirements:
In order to be suitable for this Residential Conveyancing Paralegal role, you will be able to demonstrate prior experience of working within a busy conveyancing department and have experience in managing files of your own. You must have experience carrying out title checks and also boast excellent communication skills at all levels along with great attention to detail.
