A well known multi-office law firm in Kent are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor to join their growing property department in Gravesend.

Joining this established and busy conveyancing department, your role will be to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion including buying and selling property, equity release, mortgages and remortgages, lease extensions, residential tenancy agreements, transfer of equity, and declarations of transfer.

The firm offer legal services to both individuals and companies and work in a variety of areas including private client, property, commercial, litigation and employment and have a great reputation in the market.

Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) to join their thriving Gravesend, Kent office. You must be an experienced, Conveyancer, ideally qualified (Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer), however those with a proven track record in handling a caseload are also encouraged to apply.
