Are you a Residential Conveyancer, actively looking for a new opportunity?
My client, an established multi-disciplined law Firm who are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their small closely knit team.
The Role:
The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will lead a small department, you will run a full and varied caseload Residential Conveyancing caseload including sales, purchase, leasehold, freehold, new builds, shared-ownership, re-mortgage and transfers of equity. The Conveyancing Solicitor will supervise and train a conveyancing assistant/secretary.
You will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the conveyancing process, from instruction to completion, including responsibility for the team achieving their objectives, tracking performance daily and exploring how fees can be maximised for the firm.
Requirements:
The successful Conveyancing Solicitor must have experience at least 3 years working as a Licensed Residential conveyancer or Solicitor, have extensive knowledge of sales and purchase of leasehold and freehold, re-mortgages Help to Buy etc. The successful candidate must be able to work under their own initiative and be able to commute to either office on Rochdale or Nottingham.
