The Role

Property Lawyer to join Residential Development team within Top 100 firm in Bristol

Supporting some of the largest and more proficient developers in the market, you'll bring your existing expertise in developments to complete plot sales transactions and associated documentation, whilst supporting the wider real estate team in all areas of developments.

The role is open due to continued growth, with investment in your abilities and responsibiltiies being of strategic importance to the team.

Working alongside a Partner who's reputation is built on quality, you'll be in a position to form lasting relationships with national clients, with your continued work in the sector becoming a hallmark for quality.

The team is balanced, properly supported, with ample opportunity for progression owing to a thriving unit, and a structured pathway to Associate and Senior Associate from the onset.

Interestingly, the role is open to those non-qualified who can demonstrate their abilities and wish to progress, and those more senior who wish to settle into a truly progressive firm long-term.

The Requirements

• 2+ years experience in development or commercial property
• Results-driven, keen to progress and hungry to expand expertise
• Willingness to guide and mentor colleagues when required
• Successful BD and engagement
