The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor into their vibrant Manchester City Centre office.

The Corporate department has an excellent reputation; you will find that the department is thriving, professional and dynamic. The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased workflow.

Your caseload will involve M&A's, joint ventures, investments, AIM and capital markets and shareholder agreements.

The department have particular expertise advising SME's, Financial Institutions and PLC's across a number of sectors, including Leisure, Fashion, Sport, Healthcare and Charities. They also have an international and multi-jurisdictional reach due to the firm's membership with a global alliance.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE)
• You should have completed a training seat at a commercial firm, with a good grounding in Corporate matters
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent client care skills are essential
