An award winning, full-service law firm based in Leeds has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its well established and highly regarded team. The role will allow you to handle a broad commercial litigation caseload, as well as assist and support both more junior and senior members of the team by providing working on more complex cases where needed and being a sounding board for those that might need guidance.
This role would appeal to a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who values the being able to provide a standout service to its clients, whilst also retaining a realistic price model, and this approach has resulted in growth across firm in recent years.
The firm's commercial litigation department handle all aspect of contentious work for a variety of clients and you will be closely working with OMBs and SMEs, through to high-net worth individuals and plcs. Regarding caseload, you will be involved in anything from breach of contract, director and shareholder disputes, intellectual property litigation, professional negligence, debt recovery, injunctions and much more.
Wider qualities of the firm include them valuing its staff having a life outside of work, meaning you won't be working all the hours. They have also completely embraced the flexibility that the 'new normal' has brought and so are more than happy to consider a split working from home/in the office pattern.
Whilst the firm is open to find the right person, they have suggested a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with around 5/6 years PQE would be at the right level, however, they are more than happy to consider applications from those that fall outside of this with comparable experience.
