A well-Established Law firm is recruiting for Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join their property team at the Liverpool office.
This firm are highly reputable and hold multiple offices across the Merseyside region. They have experienced large and continued growth over the last few years and due to the fact they continually promote, train and put staff through qualifications and training contracts they ensure that staff build a career with the firm.
In order to be successful in this Residential Conveyancing Assistant role you must have at least 2yrs solid experience working as a Residential Conveyancing Assistant and strong administrative skills.
In this role you will assist on a case load of sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from inception to completion where typical duties will include but not be excluded to preparing required documentation as required with the conveyancing process, meeting clients face to face and liaising with third parties over the telephone and liaising with Fee Earner on a regular basis.
Salary on this role is negotiable depending on suitability, this role comes with 25 days holidays with increments available during length of service as well as flexible home working available.
