Job Details
Sacco Mann are working closely with a strong rooted, Legal 500 ranked firm as they search for a Head of Commercial Property to join them at their office in Manchester.
This is a role within a full service and established firm on the grow, that has continued to grow throughout the pandemic. They're looking for someone to step in the position of Head of Commercial Property to drive the department forward and manage the close-knit team.
You can expect to step into this role with a full caseload of Commercial Property matters for a broad range of Commercial clients including agricultural businesses. This means there is not a requirement to step into this role with a following of work and the firm are keen to meet with a skilled commercial property solicitor with managerial skills to take the next step as Head of Commercial Property.
This is the perfect opportunity for a person looking for that added flexibility in their life, who is keen to progress their career outside the pressurised environment of a city centre firm.
