Senior Associate - Wills and Probate

A lead opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, with the drive and motivation to head up a small team with big aspirations

Due to expansion, a positively charged Private Client Solicitor is wanted for a lead opportunity with a forward thinking, modern law firm. Acting on an existing caseload with lots of cross referrals the successful candidate will set the standards for service delivery and be a key driver for expansion of the department's services. Salary is upwards of £34,000 to senior level with comprehensive benefits and journey to Partnership.

The successful Private Client Solicitor will join a small, friendly and supportive team delivering a high quality legal service to a regional client base. The day to day will vary and include client meetings, taking instructions, the drafting of Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Probate. Going forward, Private Client Solicitors will be supported through the continuous development of their Wills, Probate and Trusts know how and as demand grows have the opportunity to hand pick, manage and develop their own team with access to all the resources they need to achieve their ambitions.
