Civil Litigation Solicitor - Medway

Due to continued growith, a well established law firm in Rochester, Kent are looking for an additional Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their dispute resolution team.

Your role will be to work closely with the Head of Litigation and other fee earners handling a broad caseload of litigation matters from start to finish including contractual disputes, professional negligence, property litigation, employment, debt recovery and some contentious probate. The firm are well placed in the market and have a great reputation across the Kent/South East region.

You must be a qualified Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive ideally with 3 years+ PQE gained in a similar role. You'll have gained experience across a range of broad civil litigaiton matters and ideally some commercial litigaiton including property litigation although not essential. You'll be used to using case management systems and have a proven billing track record.
