Remote Working Conveyancing Locum - London City Firm
Our client, a very well regarded, City based firm is currently looking to secure a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive for a period of 3-6 months. This role is due in part to an increased workload and to assist during a period of Maternity Leave.
The client has said that the candidate can work remotely but may need to attend the office from time to time for meetings/collect files.
The position will be to cover a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload including:
- Sales and purchases (mainly values of up to/around 1 million pounds)
- New Build work
- Some shared ownership work
The post is to start as soon as possible and will be for a period of 3-6 months.
