Employment Solicitor (part-time)
A Legal 500 firm with offices based across Dorset are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their Litigation department. This role has become available due to the sheer amount of continuous work the firm are attracting, this role is also part-time as the practice wants to be sensible when it comes to their recruitment, so there may be an option further down the line (if agreeable to both the firm and the successful candidate) for the position to become full-time.
You will need to be an expert in all contentious Employment matters. You will be typically advising on matters including whistleblowing, unfair dismissals, TUPE, employment contracts, and discrimination issues.
The firm are completely flexible when it comes to remote working.
