In House Solicitor - IT/Tech Contracts

In-House Commercial Solicitor | Bolton | upto £65k | Online Retail

New opportunity to join one of the North West's leading online retailers as part of their large, high performing in-house legal team. The role is primarily IT contracts/tech but will offer exposure to wider in-house commercial work, data protection, regulatory and more.

A flavour of the duties is listed below. You will be joining a rapidly growing, successful UK plc at a time of continued opportunity for in-house lawyers

+ Experience in IT/Technology agreements will be beneficial
+ Part of a Legal team of 7 - suited to 4-8 PQE who will act as a Business Partner key to the ongoing success of the company
+ Experience of Digital Transformation, digital infrastructure, licensing, desirable but exposure to this will be offered as part of the role.
+ General Commercial Contracts role - Sale and supply of goods and services, Consumer Protection, E-commerce and Data Protection

To be considered:

+ 4-8 PQE Commercial Solicitor
+ Experienced in drafting and negotiating IT contracts to include SaaS and Licensing
+ Have demonstrable experience / knowledge of Big Data, AI, IT Networks, Cloud etc
